At Pakzure, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you receive quality products in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email) is required

❌ Products not eligible for return:

  • Items on sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable

  • Personal care, cosmetics, fragrances, innerwear, or health & hygiene products due to hygiene concerns

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request:
    Email us at pakzure1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Mention your order ID, product name, issue, and attach relevant photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval:
    Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

  3. Send Back Item:
    Ship the product to our return address (provided via email). You must pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Inspection & Decision:
    Once received, our QC team will inspect the item within 3 working days. If approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, we offer the following refund options:

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash within 3–7 working days

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Exchange with the same or similar product (subject to stock availability)

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item delivered).

4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

If you received:

  • A broken or faulty item

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing product in your package

Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at pakzure1@gmail.com with your order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

We will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size, color, or variant exchanges (only for eligible categories). You must notify us within 7 days, and the returned product must meet our eligibility criteria.

  • Customers bear the cost of sending the item back to us unless the exchange is due to our error.

  • Exchange is subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at pakzure1@gmail.com

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may proceed with a return after receiving the item.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For customer-initiated returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For damaged/incorrect deliveries, Pakzure will cover the return shipping cost.
