1.Delivery Coverage

We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas via our trusted courier partners.

📦 International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad) 2–4 business days
Remote / Outskirts Areas 4–7 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during sale events, natural disruptions, or unexpected courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 150 for orders below PKR 2,000

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 2,000

🎁 Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select products or categories.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your order’s delivery status through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us at pakzure1@gmail.com.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Courier overload

  • Political events or holidays

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address

In such cases, we will do our best to communicate with you and resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect/incomplete

  • The customer is unavailable for delivery

  • The courier cannot contact the customer

If returned, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged / Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or has missing items, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A brief explanation

We will investigate and assist accordingly.
